TIFFANY ESCOBAR, ESQ.

Ms. Tiffany Escobar is an Associate Attorney at Beltran Brito Casamayor LLP,
specializing in employment-based immigration since joining the firm in 2023. Her
expertise extends to assisting clients with extraordinary abilities in filing both
immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including EB-1 and O visas, across various fields
such as art, science, business, education, athletics, and the motion picture/television
industry. She adeptly represents a diverse clientele comprising medical professionals,
engineers, artists, musicians, producers, professional athletes, business executives,
and technology experts, among others.
Ms. Escobar earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law.
During law school, she co-founded the Colombian American Student Bar Association
(COLSBAR), now a prominent organization at both St. Thomas University Law and the
University of Miami Law. Her contributions led to features in the Florida Bar
Newspaper on two occasions. Additionally, she attained certification as a Certified
Legal Intern (CLI) from the Florida Supreme Court, where she served in the Human
Trafficking Unit of the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.
Furthermore, Ms. Escobar actively participates in community engagement efforts.
She currently serves as the Secretary of the Colombian American Bar Association, a
voluntary non-profit bar association primarily composed of judges, national and
international lawyers, and law students. Additionally, she is a member of several
organizations, including the International Entrepreneur Chamber of Commerce U.S.
Florida Chapter, Miami-Dade Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section, Hispanic
National Bar Association, and the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast.
In addition, Ms. Escobar has been chosen as the 2024 “Up & Comer” Honoree for the
23rd Annual Hispanic Women of Distinction, recognizing outstanding Latinas across
Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. This prestigious award has led to
her prominent feature in both Latina Style Magazine and Latin Business Today.
Before embarking on her legal career, Ms. Escobar graduated cum laude from Florida
International University with a major in Criminal Justice and a National Security
Studies Certificate. A Miami native, she attended St. Brendan High School and is
fluent in both English and Spanish, with a limited working proficiency in Italian.
