DARLEIDY HERNANDEZ, ESQ.

Ms. Hernandez is an Associate Attorney at Beltran Brito LLP, where she focuses on employment-based immigration, including O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions. Ms. Hernandez joined the firm in 2024 as a Law Clerk and subsequently transitioned into her role as an Associate Attorney.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2025, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and served as a Fellow in the Health Rights Clinic. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.

Ms. Hernandez is fluent in English and Spanish.
