KRISTI DRAKE, ESQ.

Ms. Kristi Drake is an Associate Attorney at Beltran Brito Casamayor LLP who focuses her practice on employment-based immigration. She joined the firm in August 2021 and has represented clients with extraordinary abilities seeking to file immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including EB-1 and O visas. Prior to joining Beltran Brito Casamayor LLP, she represented individuals before the Social Security Administration with a boutique firm in Tallahassee, Florida.

Ms. Drake graduated from the Florida State University College of Law in 2018. During her time as a law student, she was a member of the College of Law’s Moot Court Team, with whom she competed in national competitions throughout the United States.

Prior to attending the Florida State University College of Law, Ms. Drake graduated from the Florida State University Magna Cum Laude. She majored in English Literature and Psychology, and minored in Philosophy.

Ms. Drake is a native of Miami and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
