STEPHANIE MAZZA, ESQ.

Ms. Stephanie Mazza is a Partner at Beltran Brito LLP and has been with the firm since 2014. Ms. Mazza focuses her practice on business immigration. She represents and counsels clients on a wide range of immigration matters and has experience representing individuals, investors, and corporate clients in both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, E-2, H-1B, O, and P visas, among others.

Ms. Mazza has represented a wide gamut of clients, including poker and domino athletes, karting athletes, singers, artists, entertainers, entrepreneurs, doctors, medical professionals, actors, event producers, tourism specialists, climate change experts, professors, and more. She has also advised companies of all sizes in identifying the most suitable visa options for their employees. In addition, she represents families in marriage-based and family-based petitions and has assisted investor clients in operating businesses throughout the U.S.

Ms. Mazza and her business partner, Mr. Brito, host a weekly live YouTube show where they answer immigration questions in real time for their audience of over 125,000 subscribers. She has also been featured in major news and media outlets, including Telemundo, Radio Caracol, Unión Radio, and Venevisión.

Ms. Mazza graduated from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, she served as Vice President of the International Moot Court Board and represented the university in competitions across Latin America as both an oralist and a brief writer. She was also active in the Litigation Skills Program, where she received the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL) Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Ms. Mazza earned both her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws degrees from the University of Miami School of Law. She previously completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Miami, majoring in International Studies and Political Science.
